"Raise the Standards" was originally intended to be my "catchphrase" or "motto", since that is the general thought behind me starting Eczema. I got tired of all the bullshit good-for-nothing ugly unreadable tags. there's no message, no feeling and no art, just plain out vandalism. I loathe all of that, and I wish to be just one of the many artist in Denmark that will raise the standards of street art.

now, about the piece itself: I just really wanted to write my slogan, and visualize it, so I did. I'm not all that happy about it, I like the details with the A and I being one letter, aswell as the S and the T. but other than that, the other letters are kind of dull and boring, there's not really anything interesting about them.
I intend to make one more try with the same text, but different letters. consider this a prototype or an alpha version.

Thanks, but it's an overambitious project that really requires patience, and it seems it would have to spread from Roskilde since that is where I live.

well hopefully, I'd just like to see some really skilled artist own the shit out of those little pricks who think they are cool because they tag everything.

Well, tagging is one of the main aspects of graffiti, for example people like Moses tags the hell out of german town! It looks not very good but that's how people get fame! And he really is a Train king

I know, but just tagging without doing anything else just seems... pointless. I don't think tagging is art in itself. Evn though I know it is a big part of the whole culture.

yeah, that's pretty much how I feel, but come to any place in Denmark and you will see countless tags all over the place. And yet you can walk for hours without finding a piece.
